The California Chronic Care Coalition (CCCC) is very proud to celebrate Stars of Advocacy in 2026. The Stars of Advocacy Gala is an awards ceremony honoring “Star” advocates chosen by each of our 30-plus member organizations. In addition, 2026 marks the 20th anniversary of CCCC. Please join us in celebrating.

Members may submit their Star to CCCC. Forms will come directly to our member organizations or you may email us through the CCCC website to have one sent directly.

You may participate by donating to the silent auction. We are cataloging donation items now. OR become a sponsor at the level of your choice.

Heroes of Advocacy

The ongoing, vital work being done by the CCCC and its member organizations in fighting for the health of those with chronic diseases would not be possible were it not for outstanding individuals who give freely of their time, talent, and resources to advocate to improve the lives of others. Their work often includes outreach into and advocacy for some of California’s most underserved, ethnically diverse communities, and on issues such as utilization management, step therapy, obesity, vaccinations, health equity, accumulator, and PBM practices that can create barriers to care for people with chronic conditions. These individuals have demonstrated their commitment by serving, educating, and empowering others. The Stars of Advocacy Gala celebrates these outstanding heroes of advocacy and ensures the continuation of the vital work to improve health care for California’s consumers with chronic diseases.
